Insane Fitness was established in 2014 by Victoria Sutton. Since then we’ve grown into a team of 4 specialist instructors, teaching a wide range of classes.
From high intensity, fast paced classes like Turbo (spin) to low impact, body weight training such as Pilates, we have a class to suit everyone, no matter what your style of training.
At Insane Fitness, we pride ourselves on our personalised approach, supporting you to achieve the results you want. We’re not like a gym and all of our classes are PAYG, meaning no monthly memberships.
We work hard ourselves, to stay on top of our game and that includes teaching the best classes available worldwide. Which is why you’ll find several LES MILLS classes on our timetable, including BodyPump, GRIT and BodyBalance, alongside signature classes created by our team, specifically for INSANE FITNESS.
